What began as Crystal Trower’s dream has grown into a place where talented stylists can build careers they’re proud of while still making room for a life they love.

Fresh out of cosmetology school? This is a place to learn, practice, ask questions, and grow. Our advanced training program is designed to help new stylists strengthen their skills, build confidence, and begin creating a career behind the chair with the support of an experienced team.
